Providing exceptional customer service is the focal point of what we do. We pride ourselves on keeping it as simple as possible for our clients. Our experienced staff are all prepared to answer or research any question you may have. We don't hide behind voicemail and our goal is to have our staff members answer your call within three rings. We know that a quick response is what you're looking for.

Allison / Reception & Guest Services 

Allison joined Imperial Suites in the fall of 2017. She is new to the area, having recently relocated from Vancouver. Allison has experience in various fields of work which has made her transition into the team quick and seamless. Allison welcomes your calls, answer your questions and assist in finding you the best match in accommodations we have in our inventory. She is kind, hardworking and extremely efficient. We are all happy to have her apart of our team.


Brandi / Guest Services & Reservations

Brandi relocated to Calgary from Halifax and joined the Imperial Suites Housekeeping team for what she thought was a temporary job. Over 6 years later, Brandi has learned and assisted in various positions in the company including reception, reservations, sales and accounting. Her experience in both the operations and office are unique and extremely valuable qualities. Brandi is the “go to” for all guests and has received amazing feedback for her friendly, caring personality and her faster-than-fast response time.


Carrie / Sales Manager

Our first Cape Betoner to join the team, one who uses the word “sorry” as a form of response, not as an apology. You have one conversation with Carrie and you are drawn by her personality, sense of humor, sass and her level of expertise of our industry. Carrie has over 15 years’ experience in sales, prior to joining the Imperial Suites family almost ten years ago. Carrie is dedicated to her clients and there is no obstacle that she has not overcome, whether it be finding accommodations in remote areas, aiding in the flood relief or simply providing a solution to a guest problem. Carrie is a beloved member of the Imperial Suites team and most certainly a lifer.

Nick / Accountant

Nick joined the Imperial Suites team in 2017. His past experience in the corporate housing industry has made for another smooth transition into the team. Nick is hardworking, extremely efficient and already a dedicated member of the team. He is a kind, friendly family man, who in the small amount of spare time he has is working towards his CGRA designation.

Shannon  / General Manager

Shannon unintentionally began her career at a very young age – working a summer job with the housekeeping team. While completing a paper in the first semester of university, Shannon came to really understand and take interest in the corporate housing industry. Since then, she has completed her Bachelor of General Management Degree, worked all aspects of the company and worked very hard to fill the shoes of her mentor, boss and most importantly, father. She continues to maintain a busy schedule, working full-force while juggling her passion for activities and travel.


Ashley / Housekeeping Supervisor

Ashley - another Imperial Suites lifer - has dedication, organization and energy like no other operations team has ever seen before. No matter what the situation, Ashley is an adaptive problem-solver who always manages to use her ingenuity to find a solution. She is helpful and proactive - willing to lend a hand even if outside her job description. She has a huge heart and she possesses a strength that is admired by all.


Calgary Housekeeping Team

Meet our team that is responsible for the weekly housekeeping and departure cleaning services that we offer in Calgary. This team is friendly, energetic and diligent. We can only assume they enjoy their days, with the amount of jokes that fly around the table.


Sheldon / Operations Supervisor - Edmonton

Sheldon has been a dedicated part of the team for ten years. Starting in Operations in Calgary, Sheldon made an unexpected move to Edmonton and has been there ever since. Being a jack-of-all-trades, Sheldon does everything from client meetings, suite set-ups, scheduling, repairs and maintenance, and even housekeeping when required.


Edmonton Housekeeping Team

Meet our team that is responsible for the weekly housekeeping and departure cleaning services that we offer in Edmonton. This team is cheerful, dependable and we couldn't do it without them.

These two lovely ladies run the operations in Montreal. Cristina & Angie are responsible for the housekeeping and departure services that we offer in Montreal. Led by Cristina, the team cover the entire operations in the city and assist Shannon with suite set ups and client services as we continue growth in the market. We couldn’t do it without these two positive, energetic and caring members of our team.

Pauline / Operations Manager

Pauline keeps the operations side of the business running smoothly, efficiently and she is the creative brain behind the beautiful décor of the suites. While she wishes to be on the open road travelling, or sipping on a Smirnoff Ice in Belize, she is fully devoted to Imperial Suites. She is passionate, high-spirited, and someone you will never forget.
