Rebecca / Reception

Rebecca joined the Imperial Suites family this year, but we had our eye on her for much longer! Upbeat, loving & determined to serve, she is guaranteed to put a smile on your face. Rebecca was born and raised in Calgary, has a twin brother and is a wonderful mother to her son, LeDane.  Rebecca brings a variety of experience from her past roles in administration, accounts payable and social media marketing. When not working you will find Rebecca taking her son on adventures, catching up with her friends and without a doubt if you are near you will hear and recognize her laughter from a mile away. 

Kelly Web

Kelly / Guest Services & Reservation

Kelly has been a part of the Imperial Suites family since 2018 where she initially started in the reception & guest services role. Since then she has developed her experience and knowledge and recently transitioned to the role of Guest Services & Reservations. Kelly brings to the team a variety of experiences from previous roles that compliments Imperial Suites in so many ways.  She extinguishes any fire that comes her way and has a humor that will surprise you. We love Kelly for her organization and attention to detail, not only for us, but for her personal life as well.  When not working you will find Kelly at her cabin, playing water polo, or spending time with her very large and important family.

Chris / Relationship Manager

Chris may be new to the Imperial Suites family but he is certainly not new to the relocation industry. Previous to Imperial Suites, Chris worked for a major relocation company managing the entire mobility process from household goods transportation, real estate, to the temporary housing portion of the move.   His experience brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to our team and all the while a totally new perspective as he sees the temporary housing side with a fresh set of eyes. In Chris' personal life he enjoys spending time with his family, golfing, traveling and coaching his son’s hockey team.

Brandi / Accountant 

Brandi relocated to Calgary from Halifax and joined the Imperial Suites Housekeeping team for what she thought was a temporary job. Over 11 years later, Brandi has learned and assisted in various positions in the company including reception, reservations, sales and accounting. Her experience in both the operations and office are unique and extremely valuable qualities. As of 2020 Brandi had to let go of her Guest Services 'baby' to fully emerse her self into the accounting role. She is an all around one of a kind amazing part of the family.

Ashley / Housekeeping Supervisor

Ashley - another Imperial Suites lifer - has dedication, organization and energy like no other operations team has ever seen before. No matter what the situation, Ashley is an adaptive problem-solver who always manages to use her ingenuity to find a solution. She is helpful and proactive - willing to lend a hand even if outside her job description. She has a huge heart and she possesses a strength that is admired by all.

Calgary Housekeeping Team

Meet our team that is responsible for the weekly housekeeping and departure cleaning services that we offer in Calgary. This team is friendly, energetic and diligent. We can only assume they enjoy their days, with the amount of jokes that fly around the table.

Sheldon / Operations Supervisor - Edmonton

Sheldon has been a dedicated part of the team for ten years. Starting in Operations in Calgary, Sheldon made an unexpected move to Edmonton and has been there ever since. Being a jack-of-all-trades, Sheldon does everything from client meetings, suite set-ups, scheduling, repairs and maintenance, and even housekeeping when required.

Kate -Edmonton Housekeeping/ Guest Service

Kate has been a part of the Imperial Suites family for over 7 years although it feels like a lifetime.  Kate and her partner welcomed a beautiful baby boy into the world in 2019. Kate will be welcomed back to the team in 2021.  She supports Sheldon in running the Edmonton housekeeping and meet and greet services.

Montreal Web Cristina & Angie  / Montreal Operations 

These two lovely ladies run the operations in Montreal. Cristina & Angie are responsible for the housekeeping and departure services that we offer in Montreal. Led by Cristina, the team cover the entire operations in the city and assist Shannon with suite set ups and client services as we continue growth in the market. We couldn’t do it without these two positive, energetic and caring members of our team.

Shannon  / General Manager 

Shannon unintentionally began her career at a very young age – working a summer job with the housekeeping team. While completing a paper in the first semester of university, Shannon came to really understand and take interest in the corporate housing industry. Since then, she has completed her Bachelor of General Management Degree, worked all aspects of the company and worked very hard to fill the shoes of her mentor, boss and most importantly, father. In her personal time you will find her doing yoga and exploring the world, while doing all sorts of adventurous things.

Pauline / Operations Manager

Pauline keeps the operations side of the business running smoothly, efficiently and she is the creative brain behind the beautiful décor of the suites. While she wishes to be on the open road travelling, or sipping on a Smirnoff Ice in Belize, she is fully devoted to Imperial Suites. She is passionate, high-spirited, and someone you will never forget.
