Arrival Instructions

The Imperial Suites team provides a personal meet and greet service and suite orientation for all guests arriving into the city. To do this, we require your contact number and arrival information in advance.
	Arriving by Airplane We require your flight number, arrival time, and your mode of transport to the building. This information helps us to track you in case of a flight delay or cancellation. On the day of arrival, you must call us when you are leaving the airport.
Arriving by Vehicle We require your departure location and your estimated time of arrival. On the day of your arrival, please call us when you are 1 hour away from the building.
	Once You Have Called Imperial Suites A member of our team will drive to the building and meet you at the front door. Please remember that our units are located in private residential buildings. There is no front desk, so if you do not call us to confirm your arrival time, there will not be anyone to meet you at the building.
Our business hours are 9am-5pm, Mon-Fri. After-hour check-ins are scheduled with the individual on call for the evening or weekend. Kindly ensure you arrive as planned so they can schedule their time between guest arrivals. Imperial Suites must be notified of any changes to the estimated time of arrival provided.
